USA Roller Sports teams up with Sport:80 to launch new membership platform
We are delighted to announce a new partnership with USA Roller Sports which will see the NGB become the latest organization to join the Sport:80 Community. This new partnership will see us deliver a new online membership system for USA Roller Sports built on the Sport:80 Platform.
“We’ve been really impressed with Sport:80’s approach and it’s clear to see why a growing number of National Governing Bodies tied to the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) movement are adopting their technology. The features that will launch with the new online platform, that will include the integrations with SafeSport education training and the criminal background screening, will have a positive impact on the entire membership of USA Roller Sports and prove to be a significantly enhanced user experience for both the members and the national staff. We are excited to get this project underway and ready for full roll out at the start of the 2020-2021 competitive season."
- Eric Steele, Executive Director, USA Roller Sports
USA Roller Sports were looking to upgrade its membership system to improve the online services provided to members. The NGB also wanted to implement innovative services linked to background screening and the US Center for SafeSport, both of which are made simpler as a result of native integrations within the Sport:80 Platform. USA Roller Sports also wanted to introduce automation which streamlined internal processes and freed staff from repetitive admin to concentrate more time on the development of the sport.
USA Roller Sports subsequently chose to partner with us to deliver a new online platform that would initially integrate a number of areas, including:
US Center for SafeSport
CRM & contact management
Data management and reporting
Marketing and communications
Payments and finance
The flexibility of the Sport:80 Platform will also enable USA Roller Sports to implement additional modules throughout the lifetime of the partnership. Both event registration and sanctioning are currently planned as future phases.
